Managed as a business not a schoolYear 4

Could be a great school but unfortunately head of school and management are only interested in figures, finances and box ticking. Turn over of staff is high. Teacher and teaching assistant are heavily restricted due to management.
Complaint are brushed off, bullying not managed and sen needs are not met due to part time Senco split over multiple schools in the trust.
