Disappointing, shocking experienceYear 4

Personally I would not recommend this school.

After a horrific and shocking experience with Ark Byron Primary Academy we removed our child from this school with immediate effect after 3 months of joining. This school is in a big mess, very disorganised, the communication is below zero.

We had one of the most shocking and distressed experience with this school due to lack of communication, major admin errors, but mainly because of the arrogant, rude, disrespectful teacher who caused serious anxiety and stress not only in our child but also in our family.

No parent should send their children to such school where the teacher is unprofessional and shows no respect towards the parents, causing dramas and always pulling the “busy card” instead of sorting out basic requests and showing a tiny bit of support to a new student to help her settling in.

Our voice and formal complaint was not heard by the headteacher and got swept under the rug with a meaningless apologetic response which just proves that we made the right decision to leave and fortunately found a brilliant school where our child is happy again and doesn’t feel as just a number in the system...
